REWARDS & PAYOUT POLICY

1. Rewards Are Not Guaranteed

Rayv campaigns are performance-based. Participation does not guarantee earnings. Rewards depend on campaign rules, selection criteria, and platform decisions.

2. Coins

Users may earn coins through campaign participation.

• Coins are not currency
• Coins are non-transferable
• Coins may only be redeemed through Rayv
• When initiating a withdrawal, users select the number of coins to cash out. A confirmation screen then displays the equivalent rupee amount before the transaction is finalised. Coins are deducted only upon confirming the withdrawal. The rupee value shown is determined by Rayv and may change at any time at Rayv’s discretion.

The rupee value of your coins is shown on the confirmation screen before you approve each withdrawal. No fixed conversion rate is guaranteed.

3. Creator Levels & XP

Rayv operates a creator progression system separate from coins.

• Users earn XP each time they submit a video to a campaign
• Users earn additional XP when their submission wins a campaign
• XP accumulates to determine a user’s creator level on the Platform
• Creator levels and XP are non-monetary and have no cash value
• XP and creator levels cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged
• Rayv may adjust XP criteria, level thresholds, or discontinue the system at any time

4. Withdrawals

Users may request redemption of coins subject to:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 100 coins
• UPI-only payouts
• A valid UPI ID in the user’s name
• Processing timelines may vary
• Users may update their UPI ID by verifying their registered email address via OTP. Rayv may require re-verification of identity before processing withdrawals after a UPI ID change.
• Rayv may place a temporary hold on withdrawals following a UPI ID update as a fraud prevention measure

5. Fraud, Abuse, and Holds

Rayv may delay, withhold, or cancel payouts if:

• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Platform policies are violated
• Duplicate or manipulated submissions occur
• Required verification is not completed
• Payment providers flag a transaction
• A UPI ID change has been made without adequate verification

6. Tax Compliance

Users may be required to provide PAN once earnings cross applicable limits. Rayv may introduce TDS or other tax reporting measures as required under Indian law as the Platform scales. Users remain responsible for reporting earnings and filing tax returns.

7. Changes

Rayv may update reward structures, redemption values, payout schedules, XP criteria, and creator level thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
